Activities, Games, Exercises In Resources in Teens
Many exercises used with older adults can be used with teens, and so can some but not all activities used for children. Teens are tough because they don't want to play "baby games", or be talked down to. Also, exercises that work for an 18 year old may not work as well for a 13 year old. If you are working with teens, you need to use good judgment in your choices and use an in-depth understanding of what they like, and what is interesting to them.
